Anche Moody’s declassa l’Italia

L'istituto di rating ha portato il paese ad A2, con prospettive negative

Dopo il simile intervento di Standard & Poor’s del 20 settembre, un’altra importante agenzia di rating ha declassato i titoli di stato italiani: Moody’s lo ha portato martedì sera al livello A2 dall’attuale Aa2: ovvero tre posizioni più in basso (la classificazione prevede tre gradi – 1, 2, 3 – per ogni rango da Aaa a C, passando per Aa, A, Bbb, eccetera). L'”outlook” – le prospettive – è stato classificato negativo.  Il taglio era stato preso in considerazione lo scorso giugno, quando l’Italia era stata messa sotto osservazione. Tra le ragioni esposte per il downgrade ci sono “le instabilità economica e politica” che rendono lungo e rischioso il processo di attuazione delle misure di risanamento. E nel testo di Moody’s si annuncia la possibilità di ulteriori declassamenti se le cose dovessero peggiorare.
