Da domani George Clooney entra in categoria "malgrado i cinquant'anni"

Al Post abbiamo una complicità con George Clooney da quando viene sotto la nostra redazione e occupa tutta la strada per girare certi suoi spot pubblicitari. E la sua unicità nel costruire negli anni un ruolo di divo e fighissimo della categoria “uomini maturi”, a fronte dell’invece affollata “giovani e sempre giovani” è indubbia: era da altre epoche hollywoodiane che non si vedevano sex symbol numero uno con la faccia da uomo. Splendidi quarantenni, insomma, se ne vedono pochi tra i divi da copertina di rotocalco : Brad Pitt, ma sembra sempre ne abbia trenta: Robert Downey jr., ma più da intenditori: Hugh Grant ne ha fatti cinquanta; Will Smith? Altri? A meno di ricorrere al genere fascino-della-maturità con annessi del caso, tipo Russell Crowe (non vi diciamo il dibattito generato in redazione da questo post). Il problema è che da domani anche Clooney esce dalla categoria: e passa ai cinquantenni, ovvero al repertorio del tutto diverso del “figo anche se cinquantenne”, o “non li dimostra”, eccetera. Oggi è insomma l’ultimo giorno che lo pensate Clooney: da domani diventa Sean Connery.
