È morto a 75 anni Gerry Goffin, coautore tra le altre di “You make me feel like a natural woman” e “Saving all my love for you”

Gerry Goffin has died at the age of 75.
The lyricist’s first wife and songwriting partner Carole King announced the news via her Facebook page, simply posting: “Gerry Goffin 1939-2014. There are no words.”
It has been reported he died early on Thursday (June 19) at his home in Los Angeles.
Together with King, Goffin was responsible for such hits as ‘Will You Love Me Tomorrow’, ‘(You Make Me Feel Like) A Natural Woman’, ‘Up on the Roof’ and ‘The Loco-Motion’.
After they divorced in 1968, he went on to pen Whitney Houtson’s ‘Savin’ All My Love for You’, and the pair were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame in 1990.
