PROVIDENCE, RI – Several performers in an aerial act during Sunday’s performance of the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus at the Dunkin’ Donuts Center fell to the ground in an accident about noon. There was no immediate word on the extent of their injuries. Several fire department rescue units were on the scene. The circus performances were suspended after the accident and later canceled.
