Nell’ultimo mese le regioni orientali e meridionali della Cina sono state colpite da forti alluvioni che hanno causato lo straripamento di numerosi fiumi, l’allagamento di molti paesi e città e almeno 175 morti e 86 dispersi. Ieri pomeriggio una pioggia torrenziale si è abbattuta anche sulla capitale Pechino: molte zone della città sono state sommerse dall’acqua, il traffico è rimasto bloccato per ore e alcune stazioni della metropolitana sono state chiuse. Inoltre più di 150 voli in partenza e in arrivo all’aeroporto della città sono stati cancellati.
