Come ogni mercoledì (salvo casi particolari), il Papa ha tenuto in piazza San Pietro un’udienza generale, nella quale ha salutato i pellegrini arrivati in Vaticano e tenuto un breve discorso. L’udienza è aperta a chiunque voglia parteciparvi, ed è solitamente preceduta da un breve momento in cui il Papa incontra i fedeli presenti in piazza. Come si può vedere in queste foto, in occasioni del genere Papa Francesco sembra divertirsi molto.
