Ieri il tennista spagnolo Rafael Nadal ha perso la finale degli Open di Madrid di tennis, sconfitto dal serbo Novak Djokovic. È una notizia di qualche importanza, per il tennis, perché si giocava sulla terra battuta, terreno sul quale Nadal è considerato il più forte tennista di ogni tempo. Djokovic ha battuto Nadal 7-5 6-4, mettendo insieme con la partita di ieri 34 vittorie consecutive e regalandosi così il sesto titolo dell’anno, Australian Open compreso. Nonostante la sconfitta, Nadal si è fatto notare per avere messo a segno questo punto (ne aveva fatto uno uguale Roger Federer un paio di anni fa, sempre ai danni di Djokovic).
