Artisti di strada da mezzo mondo stanno decorando i muri di un quartiere della città, durante una fiera d'arte moderna e contemporanea

In questi giorni a Miami è in corso l’edizione invernale di Art Basel, una delle principali fiere d’arte moderna e contemporanea. Sono arrivati anche decine di street artists da tutto il mondo per decorare i muri del quartiere di Wynwood. Il loro lavoro si colloca all’interno del progetto The Wynwood Walls, ideato da Tony Goldman, uno dei principali proprietari di immobili del quartiere. Nel 2009, spinto dal desiderio di rendere più ospitale una zona considerata pericolosa, Goldman mise per la prima volta a disposizione di un gruppo di artisti una serie di edifici, per farne decorare le facciate. Nel giro di tre anni Wynwood è diventata un’esposizione permanente a cielo aperto e la zona artistica più creativa di Miami.
