La nuova canzone di Paul Simon e Edie Brickell, dopo l’arresto

Una specie di "canzone della pace", diffusa tre giorni dopo il litigio per cui erano stati arrestati

Lunedì 28 maggio i cantautori Paul Simon (membro del leggendario duo Simon & Garfunkel) e sua moglie Edie Brickell erano stati arrestati a New Canaan, in Connecticut, per disturbo dell’ordine pubblico causato da un loro litigio. Tre giorni dopo, giovedì 1 maggio, Edie Brickell ha diffuso sul su Soundcloud una nuova canzone cantata da entrambi, che sembra riferirsi al loro rapporto: il testo, spiega Consequence of Sound, racconta di due persone che condividono «famiglia e animali domestici ma che sorprendentemente non si conoscono abbastanza bene».
