La Russia ha messo il veto a una risoluzione del Consiglio di Sicurezza dell’ONU che avrebbe dato il via a un’indagine indipendente sull’attacco chimico fatto a a Douma, in Siria, nella notte tra il 7 e l’8 aprile. La risoluzione era stata proposta dagli Stati Uniti e prevedeva anche una condanna dell’attacco e l’istituzione di un piano di aiuti umanitari nell’area.
