Il Festival di Glastonbury, uno dei più importanti festival musicali d’Europa, si è concluso ieri in una battaglia di pomodori, e con le esibizioni di Mumford and Sons, Nick Cave, Vampire Weekend, Rufus Wainwright, First Aid Kit, XX e Smashing Pumpkins, tra gli altri. Stamattina gli spettatori rimasti hanno iniziato a disfare le tende, raccogliere le loro cose e abbandonare gli oltre 360 ettari di campo che hanno ospitato il Festival. Il festival è cominciato mercoledì 26 giugno alla Worthy Farm di Pilton, in Inghilterra. Esiste in forme molto diverse dal 1970, quest’anno si è svolto nell’arco di cinque giorni, e la BBC per la prima volta ha trasmesso in streaming i concerti dei sei palchi principali.
